On April 5, 2021, Landora Group solemnly held the “Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Walking Street at the Heart of The Empire Coastal Mega Urban Area”. The project is expected to become one of the busiest walking streets in Vietnam.

The groundbreaking ceremony was honored to welcome senior leaders of Da Nang City, representatives of departments and agencies, the Chairman of Empire Group, the Chairman of Landora Group, representatives of general contractor Delta-V and of the banks partnering with the project, as well as valued customers and all staff working at The Empire coastal mega urban area. The event featured two main activities: first, representatives of developer Empire Group, general contractor Delta-V and the project's comprehensive development investor Landora Group delivered speeches launching construction of the Walking Street. The delegates then performed the groundbreaking ritual, accompanied by an impressive twin lion dance wishing the project luck and success.
